The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with end users, distributors, and other stakeholders in the local market. This role requires a deep understanding of digestive field, as well as strong business acumen and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the market
2-Identify and prospect potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors, to build a robust sales pipeline.
3-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
4-Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features, benefits, and clinical value of our products.
5-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives to raise awareness and drive demand for our products.
6-Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement.
7-Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for achieving sales targets.
8-Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
9-Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company, network with potential customers, and stay updated on industry developments.
